Built for customers demanding maximum performance from an LS7-based cylinder head, the Mangum Racing 283 BR7 program represents the next step up in airflow and capability from our proven 273cc package.
Developed from the race-proven Brodix BR7 LS7 casting, this larger runner / larger valve combination features an aggressive 283cc CNC intake port and upgraded valve package engineered to deliver well over 400 CFM of airflow while maintaining excellent port efficiency and velocity. The result is a cylinder head designed for serious big boost or naturally aspirated, large cubic inch / high-RPM LS combinations where maximum horsepower is the priority.
Featuring a 12° valve angle, OEM LS7 valve spacing, and robust 6-bolt Brodix casting, this package provides exceptional airflow capability with the structural integrity required for high-output boosted combinations as well.
Each set is fully CNC machined in-house on our Centroid 5-axis machining centers, finished on Newen seat and guide equipment, then hand blended, assembled, and inspected in small batches to ensure elite quality and repeatable performance.
