Our MACHINING PROCESS
Washing & Sandblasting
Every customer supplied cylinder head is carefully washed & sandblasted
Inspection & Modifications
Every customer supplied cylinder head is fully inspected before installing customer requested upgrades such as CHE bronze valve guides
CNC Porting
Customers supplied castings receive full CNC Porting to match the customers goals and valve size
CNC Valve Job
All cylinder heads receive a cnc valve job from a Newen CNC seat & guide machine
Blending & Decking
Each cylinder head is hand blended & cnc milled to meet the customers desired chamber size
Assembly
Every customer supplied casting is final assembled with the desired valves, and valve spring kit to meet the customers goals
HOW TO GET STARTED
Step One
Call or email us when you're ready to send your cores in for machining. Include the following checklist items so we know what your goals are.
Step Two
Box your take off cylinder heads & ship them to Mangum Racing 113 Cantera Way Suite 600 Georgetown, TX 78628.
Step Three
Sit back & wait for your freshly machined cylinder heads, and dont worry if we have any questions or concerns we will reach out!
